We photographed a Friday wedding in Louisville today. There is something fun and whimsical about a Friday wedding. No matter how many weddings we photograph, they never get old. Each one is unique and has it's own special touches.

We photographed a wedding today. Definitely the most relaxed wedding we have ever photographed!

This year I am happy to be able to get down on the floor to get those perspective shots that were impossible while I was pregnant.

Inspiration! When all else fails, I love to hang out at Joseph Beth and peruse wedding magazines and photo books for inspiration. We heard an ugly rumor that may be coming to an end and it makes me very sad. Hopefully it was just that...a rumor.

Tonight we met some future clients at Jo B's. We are looking forward to their Christmas wedding in December!

January is the time of year for photographers to think about booking weddings, especially since Christmas and New Years are popular for engagements, not to mention all the January wedding shows. Today we announced that we are giving away a wedding on our website, plus a $100 referral bonus for anyone referring us wedding business. So with all the talk of weddings, it makes me nostalgic for my own. When I feel that way, I pull out my dress. This is a photo of the beading pattern. I am glad I have my dress to look at, though if I were getting married today I would totally do a trash the dress session! Now that would be something to look at!
