The Super Moon
It was big and beautiful!
The last shot I took of the moon like this was during the Moon Festival while I was waiting for my first baby. I was thinking about him being half way across the world under the same moon.(Break into "Somewhere Out There" now.)
Our back porch is definitely not the best spot for sky shots, but on a cold evening I can't really ask the kids and hubby to wait in the car while I scope out a good shot. This one's definitely not perfect, so it also made me wish for a much longer zoom. But doubt I will ever shoot anything as far away as the moon, so my lenses will suffice for now!
